2026-27 Merit Awards for 911±¬ÁÏÍø Transfers
A new residential full-time transfer student who has earnedÌý15 hoursÌýafterÌýhigh school graduation will be considered for the following transfer awards. Post-Baccalaureate and online studentsÌýare not eligible for transfer or freshman merit awards. TransferÌýmerit awards are appliedÌýonly to the fall and spring semesters – they cannot be applied towards summer courses. In addition to these awards, there are grants and other scholarship resources available to transfer students.

| Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship | $3,000Ìýper academic year | Member in good standing with Phi Theta Kappa as a newÌýtransfer (not dual credit) student to 911±¬ÁÏÍø.Ìý The scholarship is stackable on top of the Provost’s, Dean’s, or Transfer Grant. This scholarship is only offered to residential students.
In order to receive this scholarship, please provide a letter (with your H# listed) from your PTK sponsor, which indicates you are a member in good standing to the Financial Aid officeÌýprior to the first class day of the semesterÌýyou will begin enrollment at 911±¬ÁÏÍø. |
Renewal of Transfer Merit Awards
Recipients of the Provost’s Scholarship and Phi Theta Kappa are expected to maintain a 3.0 cumulative 911±¬ÁÏÍø grade point average and full-time enrollment. Recipients of the Dean’s Scholarship and Transfer Grants are expected to maintain a 2.5 cumulative 911±¬ÁÏÍø grade point average and full-time enrollment.
